| Tasting Opportunity - Beef burgers with added pulse flours |

| Participants will be required to smell and taste burger samples and respond regarding how much they like/dislike the color, aroma, flavor, texture, overall acceptability as well as how often they would be eaten. There will be one 30 minute session that can be scheduled during the weeks of February 6 and 13. Sign up times are - 11:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 on Mondays February 6 and 13 and Wednesdays February 8 and 15; 11:30 and 1:00 on Tuesday, February 7 and 11:30, 1:00 and 2:30 on Thursday, February 16. Other details regarding the commitment are provided in the attached consent form. An honorarium of a $10.00 gift card from the University of Manitoba Bookstore will be offered to those completing the required session. Everyone is welcome to participate.
