We will explore the topic of gender-based analysis in policy- and decision-making through the Canadian Public Administration article "What's the Problem with Gender-Based Analysis?: Gender mainstreaming policy and practice in Canada" by Stephanie Paterson. Dr. Andrea Rounce will introduce and facilitate the discussion.
