The eighth seminar in the 2007-2008 Faculty Seminar Series will be held on Wednesday, May 21.  The seminar will feature Dr. Rick Holley, Department of Food Science, and his presentation is entitled "Food Safety II - Reckless Recyling & Risk".

This will be the second part of his seminar which was held March 19, 2008 - "So food in Canada is the safest in the world, eh?"

Coffee and doughnuts will be served at 3:00 pm in the Atrium and the seminar will begin at 3:30 pm in Room 130 Agriculture Building, Carolyn Sifton Lecture Theatre.
