On Wednesday, October-12, 2011 all current UofM employees who had already claimed their UMNET ID, and were loaded into the Concur system received a welcome email containing a unique user name and password along with directions to complete their profiles.
If you did not receive your user name and password, and you have claimed your UMNET ID, please contact any member of the Integrated Travel Team for assistance. If you have not claimed your UMNET ID, please go to Claim ID first, and then contact a member of the travel team.

UofM employees are now able to access the Concur site via the quick links section on the JUMP home page as well as the Concur Solutions website.
If you are planning on travelling in the near future, it is particularly important to complete your Concur profile as soon as possible. Completing your Concur profile now will speed up and simplify your Carlson Wagonlit (CWT) assisted bookings during our transition phase. CWT will be using the new Concur profiles to book all airfare from this point forward, even if your faculty is not live. Information regarding emergency contact, Faculty/Unit, Department and frequent flyer numbers will need to be populated by each employee.
If you have not completed your Concur profile prior to calling CWT, please be patient with the booking agents as they gather all of the necessary information from you over the phone. You will still be required to go into your Concur profile after the call to enter the information for your next travel booking.
The new US Bank VISA application and the User Access Form are now both available on the Travel Services website.
