A Data Manager is someone who has unlimited access to all submissions to a Web Form, but does not have any access to administer non-data-related aspects of the form. In other words, a data manager can add, update, delete, activate, deactivate, and view any submission, but cannot manage questions, email options, rules, the listing view, form settings, etc.

Note: You must be either the Section Owner or an Administrator in order to add or manage Data Managers.
