To add a list, click the "Add a Global List" link in the Utility Bar. The following details each field:

1. Name
This is the name that users will see when selecting global lists in the Text - Single Line questions.
2. Enabled
If a global list is enabled, users will be able to see it when adding questions; otherwise, it will be hidden from them until it is enabled by an administrator.

Note: It is recommended that when you first add a list that you leave it disabled. That way you can add list items and reorder list items until the list is complete, at which point you can then enable the list and make it available to form managers.
