Note: If the nTreePoint site is part of a multi-domain installation, only the administrators of the master domain will have access to these settings, regardless of whether or not the current user is the administrator of the current domain or not; otherwise, only administrators of the current domain will have access to these settings.

1. Enable Settings
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to access and modify the settings for the form.
2. Enable Email Options
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to access and modify the email options for the form.
3. Enable Email Lists
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to access email lists features for their form, allowing them to email all users who have been added to their form.
4. Enable Questions
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to access the list of questions that allows them to add, update, delete, and order questions.
5. Enable Listing View
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to access the features that allows them to add and remove questions from the listing view, as well as define the order that questions appear in the listing view.
6. Enable Rules
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to add, update, and delete rules that are tied to the responses to specific questions.
7. Enable Export Responses
 
If enabled, form managers and data managers will be able to export all of a form's responses to a file that they can download and save to their local machine.
8. Enable Export Form
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to export the entire form structure and all settings to a single file that can be used to recreate the form within the same site or on a different site.
9. Enable Move
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to move the form to another section where they have at least tool manager access to the Web Forms tool.
10. Enable Templates
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to create and modify custom templates for the form, allowing them to customize the way the various views of the form appear to the end user.
11. Enable Delete Form
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to delete this form, all settings associated with it, and all responses added to it.
12. Enable Reminders
 
If enabled, this form can send reminders based on user, date, and content information from the form questions.
13. Enable Reminder Templates
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to provide custom templates for the reminders and insert the data from specific questions within the email that is sent out.
14. Enable End User Email Templates
 
If enabled, form managers will be able to provide custom templates for the email that is sent to the user who fills out the form or to the user whose email address is provided while importing data into the form.

This feature needs to be enabled if you want to allow the form manager to import data into the form in order to send email to survey respondents who will click a custom link in the email and be taken to a specific response in the form without needing logging in.
